What You'll Do:
- Own financial strategy and planning, leading the company's forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes.
- Build an FP&A function, developing scalable models, dashboards, and reporting to guide business decisions.
- Provide strategic business partnership, collaborating with department heads to translate financial insights into actionable strategies.
What You Should Have:
- Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years of experience in strategic finance within a growth-stage startup.
- Strong background in FP&A, US GAAP, and experience with audits and compliance.
- Advanced proficiency with QuickBooks, Google Sheets/Excel, and financial software; experience implementing AI-native solutions.
