About the Role:
- Lead Siftwell's operational and financial infrastructure as SVP of Finance and Operations.
- Report to the CEO, partner with the President to execute strategy.
- Fully remote, U.S. East Coast hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee finance, business ops, legal, compliance, and people.
- Drive capital efficiency, fundraising, and board reporting.
- Establish operating cadence and governance.
