Role Overview:
- Serve as a client-facing Chief Financial Officer for multiple SaaS and software companies.
- Provide five-star service and help scale both FinStrat Management and its clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow.
- Lead fundraising, acquisitions, and partnerships.
- Oversee stock option, commission, and benefit plans.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of financial experience with recent CFO or VP of Finance role at a SaaS company.
- Strong understanding of SaaS metrics, revenue recognition, and fundraising.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA preferred.
