Role Expectations:
- Serve as the direct financial partner and advisor to owners across ~30 client businesses.
- Review financial statements and identify where profitability is being won or lost.
- Build forecasts, budgets, cash flow strategies, and KPI dashboards owners actually use.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years as a CFO directly advising small to mid-sized business owners ($1M–$35M+ revenue).
- Track record of working hands-on with owners on pricing, margins, cash flow, and growth.
- Experience managing multiple client relationships simultaneously.
Compensation & Culture:
- $110,000 base + performance compensation ($182,000+ on-target earnings).
