What You'll Do:
- Meet with law firm owners to build business plans, set growth targets, and review financial performance.
- Coach owners through operational issues and hold them accountable for results.
Who We're Looking For:
- You've owned a P&L and advised small business owners on strategy and growth.
- You've run a business between $500K and $30M in revenue and understand what drives profitability.
Compensation and Benefits:
- $110,000 base salary with $182,000+ potential through performance pay.
- Full-time W-2 employment with clients provided by HTM.
