Be the first person on the ground for Figment in the Middle East to drive business growth in the MENA region by identifying and executing on new opportunities. Play a key role in supporting major regulatory/policy efforts, and ensuring that Figment operates in full compliance. Be the face of Figment in the region, including media engagements, conferences and industry forums, and in meetings with local clients and regulators.

The main focus of the role is to strategically target and then directly contact potential high net worth expat and native clients who are living, working and retiring in Mexico before outlining our client’s proposition and introducing them to one of our qualified, Senior Financial Planners. A BDM with our client is able to pitch potential clients over email, telephone or in person.

The Director, Business Development will help develop a well thought out, and well-focused strategic and tactical sales/business development plan. The primary measurement of success will be the attainment of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives on a profitable and consistent basis.
