This role will work directly with the CEO to shape the company’s long-term strategy, drive marketing initiatives, ensure regulatory compliance, and strengthen partnerships that foster organizational growth and innovation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strategic planning and execution, coupled with skills in operational management and stakeholder engagement.

This role supports the functionality of the OnePay platform and helps manage agreements with new technology providers across global money transfers, savings & investing, and rewards. You will work cross-functionally with Commercial, Product, Legal, & Finance on projects across banking, lending, and payments.

Meet and surpass annual revenue goals through new partner acquisition and growing existing partnerships. Prospect, qualify, negotiate, close, and initiate the implementation of new partnerships. Build senior level executive relationships with partners to achieve revenue growth and partner satisfaction objectives.

Oversee the Financial Services division as Senior Vice President of Public Relations, spearheading PR initiatives for financial services clients, driving business growth, and delivering impactful results that enhance their reputation and visibility in the market. Responsibilities include providing visionary leadership, driving revenue growth, cultivating client relationships, and overseeing campaign execution.
