Real is seeking a Fintech Product & Regulatory Counsel to join our Legal team to advise on legal and regulatory risks associated with the company’s financial products, specifically Real Wallet and One Real Mortgage. You will navigate the complex regulatory landscape of both fintech and mortgage services, ensuring compliance while enabling innovation and business growth.

As a Complaints Analyst and Compliance Generalist on the Compliance Team, you will provide second line of defense oversight and monitoring of complaints as well as support for marketing compliance reviews. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong knowledge of compliance regulations, especially disputes regulations and UDAP/UDAAP.
