Key Responsibilities:

Provide legal advice on telecommunications, satellite services, and wholesale network arrangements.
Lead negotiation and drafting of complex commercial contracts with customers, carriers, vendors, and government stakeholders.
Advise on regulatory obligations including telecommunications law, competition, privacy, and spectrum frameworks.
