Job Description
HighLevel is seeking a proactive and tech-savvy AI & IP Counsel to manage and grow their global intellectual property portfolio, guiding the company through the fast-evolving landscape of artificial intelligence regulation and compliance. Based in the USA, this role will partner closely with engineering, product, and external counsel to support innovation at scale.
Responsibilities include assessing and managing HighLevel’s current IP portfolio, conducting IP audits, advising on patentability, drafting and reviewing trademark filings, and collaborating with engineers to capture patentable features. Additionally, the counsel will advise on responsible AI development and deployment practices, review AI product features for legal and ethical risk, and monitor evolving AI legal frameworks.
