Job Description

The Contracts Manager will be part of a global legal team that works cross-functionally to help achieve Asana’s mission. The team supports many teams throughout the organization to ensure they have the resources they need while protecting Asana’s core values and interests. This individual will primarily support contracts and transactions driven by the global channel partner organization, with additional support for direct sales matters as needed. They will strategically partner with the global channel partner team, with some support for direct sales teams as necessary. They will also support various areas of the business by reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements and interface directly with the channel partner team to provide ongoing enablement training. Furthermore, the Contracts Manager will negotiate directly with counterparty legal teams, maintain and improve processes and systems and manage change to better service channel operations, and support and manage a variety of ad hoc projects with the team as they arise.
