You own customer storytelling for Airtable with the strategic mindset of a product marketer. You identify compelling AI use cases, work directly with customers to extract their stories, and create detailed, demo-led content. You write the narrative, create the demo, and ensure every story teaches something specific.

As a Technical Account Manager, you’ll be a trusted technical advisor to Airtable's most strategic Premium Support customers. You’ll guide solution design, give ongoing technical expertise, and ensure customers maximize the value of Airtable across their critical workflows. You’ll also own a select book of business, drive customer success metrics, and play a key role in shaping the future of our product.

As a Data Scientist you will work directly with Airtable’s business stakeholders and will be instrumental in accelerating the efficiency of Customer Engagement organizations including sales, CSG and revenue operations teams. This role offers the opportunity to significantly impact Airtable's strategy and go-to-market execution, providing you with a platform to deploy your data skills in a way that directly contributes to our company’s growth and success.

As a Senior Developer Support Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in empowering our developer community and enterprise customers. You’ll tackle technically complex cases, serve as a technical escalation point, and drive improvements to our support tooling and documentation. This is a unique opportunity to make a direct impact on customer experience, developer productivity, and the evolution of our platform.

Design, build, and extend Airtable’s enterprise integrations and automation frameworks to ensure our business systems are resilient, scalable, and capable of supporting the company’s rapid growth. Work cross-functionally with business teams and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into robust, maintainable integrations across our systems landscape. Also play a key role in advancing the team’s AI strategy by developing and integrating AI-powered agentic capabilities.
