This role requires seasoned leadership capable of helping the business to scale into the next phase of our growth. We require an experienced legal leader capable of taking the commercial, transactional, and governance functions of the legal department to the next level, by upskilling and developing internal talent, hiring strategically, efficiently managing outside counsel and other resources, and directing the implementation of upgraded processes and tooling to serve our internal stakeholders and Flock’s external clients and partners in a collaborative, business-enabling way.
The first 30 days will focus on establishing key internal relationships. By 60 days, your staffing, tooling, and process revamp plan should be fully established, stakeholder buy-in achieved, and substantial steps toward implementation taken. By 90 days, we should have a fully staffed commercial, transactions, and governance function, with policies and processes established or in-flight to enable rapid scaling.
