Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial and biopharma agreements, including tenders, supply and services agreements, and collaboration agreements.
Improve AI tool playbooks using legal operations tools and manage contract intake processes.
Advise stakeholders on best practices and legal updates affecting contracting.

What You'll Bring to the Team:

Fully qualified solicitor with at least 1-year PQE or 4-7 years of relevant contractual/commercial experience.
Experience with high-volume agreements, tenders, and domestic/international contracts.
Strong judgment, communication, and prioritization skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Mandarin fluency and familiarity with synthetic biology, drug development, and antibody therapies.
