We're looking for an Outbound Sales Development Manager to ignite and scale our outbound sales efforts with the primary goal of generating qualified leads for our Account Executive team. You’ll manage a team of Sales Development Representatives who engage with potential customers and be responsible for monitoring their activities, coaching them, and helping them become more effective in their roles.

As an SDR Manager, you will support the growing team of sales development representatives responsible for expanding our footprint in the mid-market segment by providing training and quality analysis to ensure SDRs are set up for success with maximum productivity.
