We're looking for an Outbound Sales Development Manager to ignite and scale our outbound sales efforts with the primary goal of generating qualified leads for our Account Executive team. You’ll manage a team of Sales Development Representatives who engage with potential customers and be responsible for monitoring their activities, coaching them, and helping them become more effective in their roles.

This role is responsible for developing content, training, customer presentation materials, and other go-to-market sales enablement tools to support and drive growth across Alma’s partnerships. The ideal candidate will be a great communicator with strong project management and client presentation skills, data-driven, collaborative, and has a proven track record in sales support and enablement.

Embed in the Strategic Sales Organization to understand workflows and challenges. Lead field enablement, enhance seller productivity, and align with GTM priorities. Design training programs, maintain resources, and generate insights to improve performance. Serve as a strategic partner to global enablement initiatives.

As we continue to launch new solutions to our customers, we need dedicated enablement support to empower our sellers to deliver added value to their end customers in order to meet and beat revenue expectations. You will lead GTM enablement programs for Samsara’s product solutions with an emphasis on Asset Management and Safety & Risk and support company-wide change management initiatives for sellers.

This is a hands-on GTM Enablement position where you will be directly responsible for developing and delivering enablement programs that empower our Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Success teams to drive exceptional value for our prospects and customers. You will create impactful enablement content, design engaging learning experiences, and facilitate training sessions.
