CREDENTIALING & ENROLLMENT OPERATIONS:
- Own the tracking and progress of clinician credentialing and payer enrollment workflows.
- Identify and resolve blockers.
- Support clinicians by guiding them through requirements.
DATA, REPORTING, & WORKFLOW IMPROVEMENT:
- Analyze credentialing and enrollment data to surface trends and opportunities.
- Prepare clear reporting for internal stakeholders and leadership.
- Identify process gaps and help implement improvements.
Cross-Functional Tasks:
- Provide subject matter expertise about Wheel’s credentialing and payer enrollment operations.
- Review clinician licensure and identify strategies to increase clinician capacity.
- Assist with additional duties as assigned.
