ModSquad is seeking experienced and passionate Customer Service Representatives to join our fully remote team. In this role, you'll handle complex inquiries related to property taxes, respond to customer questions about tax assessments, appeals, and arbitrations via phone and email, and help customers navigate the process of lowering their property tax rates. You'll work closely with your team to research accurate information and ensure every customer receives clear, detailed, and effective support.
In this role, you will source, qualify, interview, and endorse prospective Mod Contractors for MSQ client projects globally. These recruiting assignments involve identifying candidates with skills in moderation, chat, tickets, and Tier1/Tier2 skill sets. The Recruiting leadership team consists of seasoned global recruiters. You should be data-driven with keen attention to detail and experience with global recruiting and high cultural awareness.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers of a leading music streaming service, helping them navigate the platform, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensuring they have the best possible listening experience. You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via inbound messages in both Turkish and English.
