System Administration & Maintenance:
- Serve as a system administrator for the HRIS (UKG), ensuring accurate configuration and ongoing system stability.
- Maintain system tables, workflows, security roles, and organizational structures.
- Perform routine audits to ensure data integrity and compliance.
Reporting & Analytics:
- Develop, manage, and run ad hoc reports for HR, management, and business leaders.
- Create dashboards, data visualizations, and scheduled reports to support operational and strategic decision-making.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends, opportunities, and insights.
End-User Support & Training:
- Provide Tier II HRIS support to HR staff and employees.
- Develop user guides, training materials, and job aids.
- Facilitate training sessions for HR team members and end users on system functionality and best practices.
