DOT Driver Compliance Specialist

This role will manage and track driver qualification renewals, including CDL licenses, medical cards, and annual driving records. The role will process employment applications and DOT-required documentation for onboarding new drivers, and will set up and maintain Driver Qualification Files (DQFs), ensuring they are complete, accurate, and audit ready. The role will also be responsible for monitoring MVR reports, tracking license suspensions, and managing DQ file status updates, while using ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk) to manage compliance tasks and requests. The role requires proactively communicating with internal stakeholders, including HR, Safety, and field operations team, and requires the employee to maintain accurate and confidential reports and data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
