This critical role is focused on ensuring Amerit’s regulated fleet operates safely and remains compliant with all applicable federal regulations and company policies. Seeking a detail-oriented professional who excels at managing data, collaborating across departments, and driving continuous improvement in vehicle compliance performance.

Plays a critical part in maintaining the safety and compliance of our regulated driver workforce across the country. This role needs a detail-oriented professional who is passionate about ensuring regulatory compliance, supporting internal customers, and contributing to the success of Amerit’s fleet operations.

Under the guidance of the Director of Operations, the Senior Operations Manager (SOM) will be responsible for overseeing the East Region field team of ~150 remote field professionals across ~85 locations. The SOM will oversee the day-to-day operations of the East Region and will be accountable for the performance of both internal and external KPIs, safety, turnover, quality of work, technician utilization, inventory management, and other operational items.

As the Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will be responsible for working closely with the New Business Integration (NBI) Team in launching new Shops successfully for multiple Customers. Specifically, you will oversee multiple new shop launches and its operations and become the Subject Matter Expert (SME) as the Implementation Specialist. This role requires travel up to 80% of the time.
