The Chef is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of the kitchen in a remote camp, including ordering food ingredients and planning menus. Responsibilities include assisting with the preparation, serving, and control of cooked and uncooked food, training staff, and ensuring staff follows prescribed Horizon North Food Safety protocol in remote work lifestyle in a camp setting.
This position will support a disaster relief program in a temporary role, where the Temporary Call Center Supervisor will lead and develop contact center agents, managing all metrics and KPIs. Supervisors provide front line leadership and require advanced communication skills to listen effectively with management/staff, clients/customers; excellent judgment and leadership skills are needed to make data-driven decisions.
The Care Team Manager role holds a supervisory scope of work while balancing a small member portfolio, reflecting the work of the Community Guides at a leadership capacity. The Manager leads by example in supporting our mission, is a champion of team leadership, and is accountable for our Care Team Program and its Community Guides.
