Aprio, LLP is looking for an FP&A Analyst to join their dynamic team to budget & forecast incoming M&A firms including revenues, personnel, and operating expenses. You will update YTD insights to enable Practice Group Leadership to track and manage billings and drive process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the FP&A function. This role requires someone able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Apply strong technical tax accounting knowledge on consulting and compliance client engagements. Prepare tax returns (Forms 1065, 1120, 1120s, 1040, and 1041). Participate in the tax planning and consultation process for clients. Participate in professional development activities, including training sessions and networking events, and work closely with Senior Leadership.

Lead nonprofit client engagements, offering guidance on financial reporting, compliance, and industry best practices. Manage and review monthly financial statements, budgets, and audits for nonprofit clients. Oversee grant accounting processes, including fund tracking, reporting, and compliance with grantor requirements. Utilize financial software to maintain accurate and timely records. Mentor and manage junior staff, providing training and performance feedback.

As a Senior Tax Associate you will Interact closely with clients to provide tax planning, consulting, and compliance services, oversee the preparation and timely filing of tax returns, develop and implement tax strategies. You will collaborate with clients to provide advice and solutions and lead a team of tax professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.

Assist with completing PCI DSS assessments, offering opportunities for advancement and exposure to other assessments like SOC 2, HITRUST, and ISO 27001. Aprio’s IAS team serves leading technology service providers, from disruptive start-ups to global market leaders. Support and document client interviews and information security technologies, perform information security audits, and assess compliance programs.
