Job Description

The Oregon Department of Veterans’ Affairs (ODVA) is seeking a Houseless Veteran Coordinator to develop and implement a program to prevent and reduce homelessness among Oregon veterans. The coordinator will maintain a network with programs providing services to at-risk and houseless veterans, including access to state and federal benefits. The position fosters an inclusive environment and promotes DEI_A principles. Responsibilities include outreach, casework, communication with partners, and providing advice to agency staff. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and four years of program experience, or equivalent. Requested skills include program management, communication, analytical thinking, and technological proficiency. The position offers a hybrid work schedule and requires a criminal history background check and a valid driver’s license.
