Senior Payroll Specialist

What you'll do:

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing across multiple international entities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor payroll compliance including taxes, statutory requirements, and year-end processes across jurisdictions.
• Perform reconciliations, variance analysis, and control checks to resolve discrepancies before finalization.

What you'll need:

• At least 3 years of hands-on UK payroll experience and familiarity with global payroll operations.
• Strong understanding of payroll compliance, internal controls, and payroll reporting.
• Experience with payroll platforms like Deel, ADP Workforce Now, or Rippling.
