About the Role:
- Oversee payroll operations for the UK and Spain, with potential expansion to additional EU countries.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Serve as the primary payroll contact for audits, year-end reporting, and employee inquiries.
What We Look For:
- 10-15 years of international payroll experience, with focus on EMEA countries.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with systems migration and NetSuite/Workday is a plus.
