Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end payroll delivery across four countries, ensuring accuracy, controls, and audit readiness.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve issues, support compliance, and coordinate funding.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and system implementations for payroll and timekeeping processes.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of progressively responsible payroll experience with multi-state and international operations.
- CPP certification required and experience with Workday and CloudPay preferred.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary range from $99,000 to $172,700 annually, with potential for bonuses depending on role.
