Role Overview:
- Manage full-cycle payroll for entities in the U.S. and Canada, including semi-monthly and bi-weekly processes.
- Ensure accurate processing of salaries, bonuses, commissions, and benefits with correct tax withholdings.
Compliance & Taxation:
- Oversee federal, state, local, and international payroll tax compliance and registrations.
- Monitor regulatory changes and implement required updates to payroll processes.
Vendor & Systems Management:
- Oversee global payroll vendors and maintain HRIS integration, including Workday.
- Drive system enhancements, automation, and data integrity across payroll operations.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement:
- Partner with People, Finance, and external agencies to resolve escalated payroll issues.
- Lead year-end reconciliations, reporting, and process standardization initiatives.
