Role Overview:
- The Global Payroll Manager will oversee payroll operations across a complex, multi-entity organization, with direct ownership of US and Canada payroll.
- This fully remote role within the US partners closely with People, Finance, HRIS, and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, tax compliance, and year-end activities.
- Oversee global payroll vendors and hold them accountable for service quality and accuracy.
- Support payroll expansion into new states and countries while improving processes.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of progressive payroll experience with deep U.S. payroll regulation knowledge.
- Experience with Workday, advanced Excel, and global payroll vendor oversight.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with discretion handling sensitive data.
