The Role:
- We're looking for a Senior Manager - Payroll with a strong customer service approach and problem-solving mentality.
- You'll be responsible for semi-monthly and bi-weekly multi-state US and Canada payroll, including equity-related tasks.
- A passion for developing people and excellent communication skills are essential.
What You'll Do:
- Own payroll operations while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.
- Drive process improvements and automation within payroll operations.
- Partner with Employee Success, Accounting, IT, and external vendors, and lead a remote payroll team.
Requirements:
- Progressive payroll experience, including 5+ years in payroll management.
- Hands-on experience with multi-state U.S. and Canada payroll, Workday, ADP, and equity compensation.
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines; CPP or FPC preferred.
