Strategic HR Leadership & Workforce Planning:
- Serve as principal HR advisor to the President and partner with leaders on workforce strategy, organizational effectiveness, culture, and human capital priorities.
- Use workforce data to identify trends, improve recruitment and retention, and advise on organizational design and succession planning.
Physician Recruitment, Engagement & Contracting:
- Lead physician recruitment strategy, build talent pipelines, and create welcoming onboarding experiences.
- Develop engagement and retention strategies and administer physician employment contracts.
Labor Relations & Compliance:
- Lead labor relations strategy, collective bargaining, and CBA administration.
- Ensure compliance with federal and California employment laws and oversee HR operations.
