Senior Manager, Events Operations

Operational Planning & Delivery:

• Work with existing GAMEDAY teams and clients to define scope, timelines, deliverables, and budgets for each project.
• Create and validate Concept of Operations plans, update procedures, and ensure prompt completion of all project paperwork.
• Develop and deliver training programs, compile After Action Reports, and respond to emergencies during off-duty hours.

Client Retention & Satisfaction:

• Manage assigned projects to meet contractual requirements and exceed client expectations through proactive communication.
• Resolve customer requests and concerns diplomatically, escalating to managers or clients when necessary.
• Create and submit event summaries for review with managers and clients to ensure continuous improvement.

Financial Planning & Workforce Management:

• Ensure projects operate within agreed budgets, recommend adjustments for variances, and support the budget planning and re-forecasting process.
• Forecast staffing levels, assign tasks, and coordinate with admin teams for timely paperwork and payroll.
• Support and improve financial performance through operational adjustments and additional service opportunities.
