What You’ll Do:
- Partner with Operations, General Managers, and department leaders to provide HR guidance and support.
- Conduct workplace investigations, advise on policies, and coach leaders on performance management.
- Support the employee lifecycle, including staffing, onboarding, offboarding, and retention initiatives.
Skills and Experience:
- 3–5+ years of HR experience, preferably as an HR Generalist or Business Partner.
- Experience in hospitality, multifamily, or multi-location environments preferred.
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance, with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
