As manager of the TA team & recruiting, you’ll play a dual role as a hands-on recruiter and a strategic team leader. You will guide and mentor a team of recruiters, set goals, refine processes, and drive operational excellence across all hiring efforts. While you will still be responsible for sourcing and hiring top-tier talent (primarily AEs and SDRs), your broader focus will be on leading the team to success—through training, coaching, collaboration, and performance oversight.
