Provide end-to-end support throughout the employee journey — from onboarding to offboarding. Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR processes, including onboarding, performance review, talent development, learning, compensation, and offboarding. Support team leads and managers in team building, motivation, and effective communication. Drive change management initiatives.
Learn all necessary job information, competently handle customer inquiries and provide high-level service. Interact with other departments to resolve issues and inform clients about available promotions. Requires fluent Uzbek and good written skills, plus empathy, stress tolerance, responsibility, and computer skills. Must use own laptop for first 2 weeks during training.
Learn all the necessary information given for work and assist customers through live support, including chats, instant messengers, emails, and possibly a hotline. Handle customer inquiries appropriately and provide a high level of service. Be ready to work night shifts and interact with other departments to resolve issues.
