Own the SEO & GEO growth agenda for a key vertical (Motors, Real Estate, or Jobs) as a product growth leader, driving visibility and impact on a global scale. Work closely with product teams, data scientists, and engineers to hardwire SEO/AI-first thinking into our platforms. Shape strategic decisions that guide OLX’s growth and push its growth agenda to new benchmarks.

The SEO Manager will collaborate with the SEO team to define and deliver strategies that grow organic rankings, traffic, and conversions in line with business goals. While focusing on the Polish and/or German market, the manager will work across other markets and a range of project types that will impact SEO and organic customer acquisition, including keyword research, page/site analysis, competitor analysis, technical issues + user improvements.

Drive Vio.com’s visibility across traditional, AI-powered, and emerging search surfaces. You will unify SEM and SEO, while also preparing for the future of discovery across LLMs, AI agents, and zero-click ecosystems. You will own everything from Google Ads and PMAX to SEO content strategy, AI-driven optimization, and structured data, working at the intersection of performance, content, and product.
