Junior Lawyer

Drafting, reviewing, and revising NDAs, commercial agreements, internal policies, and a range of other legal documentation; Enhancing legal workflows and operational effectiveness such as process automation, document standardization, and optimization; Participating in onboarding processes and partners due diligence, including the use of dedicated compliance and verification tools; Conducting legal research and regulatory analysis upon request; Providing ongoing legal support for the company’s business operations; Managing communications with external legal counsel, business partners, and service providers in multiple countries.
