Select, implement, and customize HR systems (HRIS, ATS, LMS, TMS). Research and integrate AI-based solutions for: Analytics, budgeting, workload planning, and forecasting. Build a scalable and user-friendly HR tech architecture: Integrations, automated flows, and centralized data. Test and launch MVPs based on HR team needs and iterate quickly. Collaborate with IT, finance, legal, and other departments to ensure seamless end-to-end processes.
