The Product Analyst role at RISK inc involves a deep dive into user behavior and product performance. The analyst will conduct funnel analysis for registration, deposit, betting, and withdrawals, and will be monitoring key product KPIs such as retention, churn, LTV, session length, etc. This role requires running A/B tests to evaluate the impact of new features on core metrics and generating product reports to identify which features drive user engagement and revenue. The analyst will be responsible for data collection and analysis to validate or reject product hypotheses, and will work closely with UX/UI teams to improve the user experience based on collected insights and analysis. The analyst will be building and maintaining product dashboards using Tableau. Segmenting users is a key function to enable personalization of analysis and product decisions.
