Partner with leaders and the People Team to identify development needs across the organization. Design and launch L&D programs aligned with business goals and team-specific challenges. Apply instructional design principles to create eLearning courses, microlearning content and blended learning solutions. Design and develop instructional materials, including interactive courses, videos, simulations and assessments. Introduce innovative learning formats like AI tools, Slack bots, microlearning, gamification. Manage and optimize content delivery through LMS platforms and other learning technologies. Utilize authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline ) to build engaging digital learning experiences. Track and measure the impact of development programs using data and analytics.
