Play a critical role in supporting the operational processes for our advertising, API and other revenue related products. Be the go-to person for ensuring everything runs smoothly from pre-sales and once deals are closed, managing deliverables, coordinating with clients, and tracking campaign results.

Conduct daily quality assurance on AI Chatbot responses through manual sampling and user feedback to assess accuracy, relevance, and naturalness. Detect response-quality issues promptly; document root causes, propose actionable improvements, and follow through to closure. Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize AI models by participating in data annotation, parameter adjustment, and other enhancement tasks to boost performance and answer quality. Collect and analyze user-conversation data to uncover user needs and pain points, providing data-driven insights for optimization. Refine quality-control workflows to increase efficiency and ensure standardization of QA and tuning processes.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Source and attract candidates through various channels. Screen CVs, conduct initial phone interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and a positive experience. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment activity. Assist in the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives to attract top talent. Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and progress to the HR team and hiring managers. Support other HR-related projects and initiatives as needed. The candidate should have 3-5 years of expereince as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role, preferably in the tech, fin-tech industry and also have advanced written and verbal communication in English.
