The Business Development team is growing in the EMEA region and is looking for a self motivated, result-driven individual to sell its staking services to global institutions so they can earn additional income on their crypto assets. Leverage existing relationships and establish new relationships with institutional investors and financial institutions to create new business opportunities.

Be the first person on the ground for Figment in the Middle East to drive business growth in the MENA region by identifying and executing on new opportunities. Play a key role in supporting major regulatory/policy efforts, and ensuring that Figment operates in full compliance. Be the face of Figment in the region, including media engagements, conferences and industry forums, and in meetings with local clients and regulators.

As the Regional Ecosystem Satellite Manager, you will lead the localization, growth, and coordination of Aptos’ satellite communities in strategic global markets. You’ll empower regional leaders to build vibrant, Aptos-aligned communities while developing a standardized playbook and shared backend infrastructure to ensure consistency, scalability, and measurable impact.

You'll identify and evaluate partnership and investment opportunities that align with our vision while developing strategic frameworks to guide the company's long-term direction.
