Strategy Lead

About The Role:

• We are looking for a technically minded, market-facing Strategy Lead to help define and scale Chainlink's next generation of products across Privacy, AI, and emerging Web3 technologies.
• Sitting at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market, you will work directly with early adopters to validate new product concepts.
• Drive 0-to-1 product adoption and transform ambitious product bets into meaningful customer adoption and revenue.

Your Impact:

• Lead the market adoption strategy for emerging Chainlink product lines across Privacy, AI, and other strategic growth areas.
• Build deep relationships with technical users, partners, and enterprise customers to uncover market needs and shape product direction.
• Translate customer feedback into clear, actionable product requirements for Engineering and Product teams.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience managing strategic technical accounts, customer success, solutions architecture, product strategy, or technical business development within complex enterprise environments.
• Strong technical foundation with experience working closely alongside Product and Engineering teams to influence product development.
• Proven ability to gather, synthesise, and communicate customer requirements into impactful product roadmaps.
