Responsible for building and managing a strong pipeline of opportunities to drive revenue growth within the air movement product portfolio. Brightspeed is seeking a driven, creative, and energetic Business Partner Development Manager to join their team. This role involves driving sales growth by managing the SMB Local Sales Rep team and developing relationships with key third-party partners. The manager will develop strategic plans, manage campaigns, and ensure sales performance, while also fostering internal collaborations and optimizing partner experiences.

Work closely with the CEO in support of fundraising, stakeholder management, and ambitious plans for growth. You will be responsible for Foundation & Funder Engagement, Cross-Functional Collaboration, and Strategic Narrative & Positioning. Partner with the CEO to cultivate and grow a strong portfolio of private and institutional funders, translate ideas into action, and craft compelling concept notes and proposals for support that reflect USDR’s unique value and potential impact.
