The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for recruiting for both technical (engineering, product, data) and non-technical (marketing, operations, ecosystem) roles. The recruiter will need to have deep sourcing expertise, with the ability to engage passive talent across global markets, build partnerships with hiring managers and influence with data. The recruiter will need to have strong ownership of process, with experience optimizing ATS systems and recruitment operations.
