Job Description

The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for recruiting for both technical (engineering, product, data) and non-technical (marketing, operations, ecosystem) roles. The recruiter will need to have deep sourcing expertise, with the ability to engage passive talent across global markets. The recruiter should be skilled at building partnerships with hiring managers and influencing with data, and have strong ownership of process, with experience optimizing ATS systems and recruitment operations. They must be agile and adaptable in fast-paced, evolving environments, and have familiarity with global labor markets and compliance practices, and passion for emerging technologies.
