Your Opportunity:
- Lead investigations on Our Commitment to Integrity: Our Code and Company policy related matters
- Ensure consistent application of our best practices and trends
- Monitor regulatory and legal compliance-related developments
In this role, you will:
- Work collaboratively with Legal, Labor Relations and Employee Relations to continuously improve and refine investigation processes and policies
- Develop investigation plans, conduct investigations, and provide routine updates to the VP, Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer and senior leaders
- Manage compliance professionals and provide for their continued engagement and development.
What we are looking for:
- Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school and licensed to practice law
- Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional
- 5+ years of legal and compliance investigations experience
