THE JOB:
- Own all of legal: product, privacy, commercial, corporate, employment, IP, regulatory, and litigation.
- Sit on the leadership team and work directly with co-founders.
FIRST 18 MONTHS:
- Make Dojo the company parents trust most with their kids.
- Make legal the reason things ship faster and build a team that outperforms teams five times its size.
YOU WILL BE A MATCH IF:
- You've led legal at a consumer tech company of 100 to 1,000 people.
- You have deep privacy experience across COPPA, FERPA, GDPR, and more.
- You've rebuilt legal work with AI and can explain concretely how a small team can match a large one.
