Responsibilities:
- Optimize and implement contracting processes and best practices , ensuring efficient workflows, compliance, and continuity across teams.
- Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle for a broad set of contracts, e.g. services, confidentiality, research collaborations, and other commercial or operational contracts.
- Maintain the contract management system and repository , including metadata accuracy, key date tracking, renewal management, obligation monitoring, tags, parties and reporting.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; JD or Paralegal Certification preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in contract management and with CLM system(s).
- Strong ability to prioritize, independently manage workload, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
