Key Responsibilities:
- Corporate Governance & Structuring: Support the Head of Legal in managing a global network of legal entities.
- Corporate Governance & Structuring: Draft intercompany agreements and maintain meticulous corporate records.
Commercial Contracts:
- Commercial Contracts: Draft, review, and negotiate a wide array of agreements, including SaaS Master Service Agreements (MSAs).
- Commercial Contracts: Negotiate SLAs, software licensing, and complex NDAs.
IP Protection:
- IP Protection: Act as a guardian of the company’s proprietary technology by managing IP assignments and registrations.
- IP Protection: Manage IP licensing frameworks for software and databases.
