Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted legal advisor to internal stakeholders.
- Provide expertise on data privacy, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
- Support corporate legal matters, including governance and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Law degree (LL.B. or J.D.) and active membership with the Barreau du Québec for a minimum of 10 years.
- Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken).
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive legal experience, with strong expertise in Corporate law and Data compliance & privacy.
